Physician Affiliate - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For physicians keeping in touch with prospective CAA hires and to hear about advocacy in the state of Washington.

Associate Affiliate - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Associate affiliate members are all interested parties in the CAA profession who support the ideals and principles for which the Washington AAA stands and do not fit into another membership category.
